Airport Copenhagen (CPH)
The Copenhagen Kastrup airport is approx. 8 km south-east of the centre of Copenhagen. To get to the airport, take the E 20 motorway and turn off at Junction 17 "Köbenhavns Lufthavn".
If you are coming from Sweden, follow the signs to Malmö and from there take the E 20 motorway towards Copenhagen. Leave the motorway at the junction for Kastrup airport. BY RAIL/BY BUS
The journey to the central station takes approx. 13 minutes and an adult fare is 34,50 DKK. The trains leave from the station below terminal 3. You can reach the platforms by lift, travelators/escalators and stairs. There is also a Danish railways ticket office in terminal 3 (open 6:00–22:30 h) where you can buy tickets and obtain information about trains.

The Metro runs between Airport and Nørreport Station in the city of Copenhagen. The station is located at the end of Terminal 3. It operates at 4-6 minutes’ intervals during the day and evening hours and every 15 minutes during the night. The travel time is approx. 15 minutes.
The taxi ranks are located outside terminals 1 and 3. The fare includes taxes and a tip; you can normally pay by credit card.
Short stay (up to 4 hours):
The P4 short-stay car park is next to the airberlin departure terminal 2. Parking is free for the first 15 minutes, after which every hour or part thereof costs 40 DKK (6 €).
Economy car parks F1 (near terminal 1) and F2 (near terminal 3): These are surface car parks; 445 DKK (65.50 €) for 8 days; 655 DKK (96.50 €) for 15 days.
Economy car park P15: Free shuttle service; 250 DKK (37 €) for 8 days; 425 DKK (62.50 €) for 15 days.
Business Light car parks P1 and P2 (near terminal 1), P5 (near terminal 2) and P9 (near terminal 3): These are mainly surface car parks; 145 DKK (21.50 €)/day; 845 DKK (124.50 €) for 8 days.
Business Premium car parks P7, P10 and P12: 230 DKK (34 €)/day; 1,330 DKK (195.50 €) for 8 days.
An information desk is located in terminal 3.

„CPH Apartment“, Terminal 2, in the departure area behind the security check, 1st floor between pier A and B.
You can use the left luggage facilities from 6:00-22:30 h. The left luggage office is in the arcades between terminals 2 and 3 on the ground floor. You can leave your luggage there for up to one month (30 DKK – 4.50 EUR/day). Outside the left luggage opening hours you can use the lockers that are located in the same area (from 20 DKK – 3 EUR/24 hours). The lockers can be used for a maximum period of 72 hours.
LOST PROPERTY OFFICE
If you have lost or found anything at Kastrup airport, please contact the information desk in the arrivals hall for help. Any items that have been found are kept there for 24 hours.
After this period you can obtain information about items that have been found only by contacting the Greater Copenhagen Lost Property Office by Tel.: 45 (0)3874-8822 or by sending a fax to 45 (0)3343-0094. Furthermore you can view a list of items found by visiting the airport’s website at www.cph.dk
Hilton Meetings has 14 conference rooms in terminal 3 with state-of-the-art equipment. The largest room can accommodate up to 50 persons.

Banks can be found in the departures and arrivals areas at Copenhagen airport. Cash machines (ATMs) and money-changing machines are also available.
Information about TAX REFUNDS:
Please contact Global Refund for VAT refunds. Tax refund offices are located in terminal 3 next to the arrivals area, and also in departures area C.
A wide range of shops can be found in the arcades at Copenhagen airport. However, the majority of shops are located in the departures area, after the security check. There are various restaurants and businesses, including a very extensive duty-free shop. There is also a family zone in the departures area where children can play.
