BY CAR
Venice’s Marco Polo airport is 12 km from Venice by road.
When driving to the airport, take the A4 motorway, then take the exit signposted Mestre-Villabona.
After leaving the motorway, take the ring road (Tangenziale Mestres) and the SS14 Triestina and follow the signs to the Aeroporto.

BY RAIL/BY BUS
Regular buses run between the airport and the nearby railway stations of Mestre-Venezia and Venezia-Santa Lucia. There is also a bus service to the Adriatic coast.
The counters for the bus services are located in the arrivals hall. Tickets can be purchased from these counters from 8:00–24:00 h or on board the buses.
BY TAXI
Taxi ranks are located at the airport.
Water taxis:
Venice’s Marco Polo airport is easily accessible by boat and only 10 km from Venice by water.
Water taxis and motor-boats operate a regular service between the airport and Venice, as well as other locations, including Murano, Fondamente Nove, San Zaecaria, San Marco and Lido.
PARKING
There is a multi-storey car park (Park 1) and a number of parking areas.
Parking charges: min. 3 EUR/2 hours and 11 EUR/day.
A free shuttle bus operates every 10 minutes between the terminal, the various car parks and the jetty for the motor-boats and the water taxis.
Short stay car park:
A short-stay car park (Park 5) is right in front of the terminal. The first 15 minutes are free. Thereafter the parking charges are: 2 EUR/hour
Long stay car park (more than 12 days):
Park 7 is a long-stay car park located a little further away from the terminal.
Parking charges: min. 5 EUR/day

Banks and bureaux de change are located on the ground floor of the arrivals area and on the first floor of the reception area.

A duty-free shop can be found in the special departures hall for non-Schengen countries. In addition a variety of shops and restaurants can be found in the terminal.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
The terminal is equipped with ramps and lifts to ensure accessibility of all areas. Wheelchairs are available for disabled passengers.
There is also a first-aid station that is open round the clock.
