airberlin is one of Europe’s leading airlines and flies to 150 destinations in 40 countries. The second largest airline in Germany carried more than 33 million passengers in 2012. airberlin offers a global route network through its strategic partnership with Etihad Airways and membership in the oneworld® airline alliance. The airline with the award-winning service operates codeshare flights worldwide with 14 airlines. The fleet has an average age of five years and is among the most modern and eco-efficient in Europe.
    

Fly airberlin: including quality and service

airberlin's attractive price-performance ratio serves business and leisure travelers alike. A snack, hot and cold drinks, newspapers and magazines on board are for free. On most airberlin routes with a minimum flight time of 60 minutes a selection of gourmet foods from the Sylt restaurant "Zanzibar" is also available. Discounts for children and groups, and 23 kg baggage allowance even for children under 2 years complete the service offer. airberlin's frequent flyer program topbonus is also free. This allows airberlin customers to earn miles that can later be redeemed for great reward flights. airberlin flights from 49 € (including taxes, charges and topbonus miles) can be booked on airberlin.com, at a travel agency and by calling the Service Center. As part of special promotions flights can be even cheaper.

The airberlin fleet includes 158 aircrafts with an average age of five years. airberlin has thus one of the youngest fleets in Europe. Due to its aircrafts' economical fuel consumption airberlin makes a high contribution to a sustainable reduction of emissions in air traffic.
