Leipzig/Halle Airport is 18 km north-east of Leipzig, off the Schkeuditz motorway intersection. It is very easy to reach it from the A14 and A9 motorways and from the B6.

There are regular connections to the airport on local and long-distance trains.
A number of coach companies offer connections to/from Leipzig/Halle Airport from all over Germany.
Taxis are available directly outside Terminal B/Arrivals.
The journey to Leipzig City Centre takes approx. 30 minutes, and approx. 40 minutes to Halle.
Leipzig/Halle Airport has around 5,000 parking spaces available, 2,000 of which are in the multi-storey car park.You can pre-book parking spaces in the multi-storey car park and in car parks P1, P2 and P4 via the online booking system.
Guests with a disability have special parking spaces reserved for them in the multi-storey car park and in the car parks.
Car parks for dropping off and collecting passengers
Anyone dropping off or collecting passengers are recommended to use car park P11 (in front of the central check-in area) and the access lane in front of Terminal B.
If you need to load or unload baggage, you can stop for a short period of time on the access level below the central check-in area. Another option is to follow the signs for "Check-in" and "Departures". These take you to the car park, where you can park free of charge for 20 minutes. You reach the Check-in area and the mall directly via the second floor.
Parking for business travellers and short-stay visitors
Business travellers and short-stay visitors can use car parks P1 and P3. These are located directly in the vicinity of Terminal B.
Parking for holiday travellers
As well as the multi-storey car park, travellers leaving on holiday can use the external car parks P2 and P4.
Low-cost car parking
The low-cost car park, P20*, is located in the village of Kursdorf, approx. 15 minutes on foot from the Check-in and Arrivals areas. It is open during the summer season, from 1st April to 31st October.
The Airport Information Desk is located on the ground floor of Terminal B/Arrivals and is open 24 hours a day.

LOST PROPERTY OFFICE
The Lost Property Office for items mislaid at the airport is located at the Airport Information Desk on the ground floor of Terminal B/Arrivals.
The Lost & Found office of Airport Services Leipzig GmbH is located in the Arrivals area of Terminal B.
There are 5 conference rooms (14 – 70 m2) in Terminal B.
They can be booked via the Conference Facilities Service.

There are 'Sparkasse Leipzig' cash machines in the central Check-in area and in Terminal B. In addition, there is a 'Volksbank Leipzig' cash machine and a 'Reisebank AG' money-changing machine in Terminal B.
There are a number of shops in Terminal B and in the mall, offering a wide range of goods, including clothing, travel accessories, newspapers and magazines and souvenirs, and there is a also bakery. A restaurant, two bars and two bistros are available in the central Check-in area and in Terminal B. In addition, there is a Duty-Free Shop for international passengers, and lottery photo booths.
Leipzig/Halle Airport is designed to be barrier-free. All the facilities are accessible to the general public. Toilet facilities for the disabled are located on the ground floor and upper floor of Terminal B as well as in the Central Terminal. Terminal B also has telephones for the disabled. If you require assistance, please contact the Airport Information Desk which is located in Terminal B. If required, someone will accompany you from the check-in desk to the aircraft or from the aircraft to baggage collection and the exit.
