The Helsinki-Vantaa airport is approx. 19 km from the centre of Helsinki. Take the Tuusual road (E 45) north and follow the signs to the airport. The drive takes about 30 minutes.

Bus stops are in front of both terminals, with buses to all local destinations. Information desks for public-transport timetables can be found on the arrivals level of both terminals.
Buses run every 10–30 minutes from the airport to the centre of Helsinki from 6:00–1:00 h (the journey takes approx. 35 minutes).
Taxi ranks are located in front of the arrivals halls of both terminals; the taxi companies have desks in arrivals halls 1 and 2. The journey to the city centre takes about 30 minutes and costs approx. 30 €.
Short stay (up to 1 hour):
The Pika P 30 short-stay car park is located in front of terminal 2.
Long stay (1 week or more):
The Loma P 5 long-stay car park is near terminal 2. The parking charge is 42 €/week.
Business car parks:
The Bisnesparkki P1 and P 2 car parks are very close to the international terminal 2. The parking charge is 20 €/day (P 1) or 15 €/day (P 2).
Information desks are located in the arrivals and departure hall of the international terminal 2.

Left luggage facilities are available. The left luggage office is open 24/7 and is located in terminal 2. You can also use the left luggage lockers in terminal 2. You can pay with coins, banknotes or credit cards.
LOST PROPERTY OFFICE
The lost property office, Finland's Found Property Service, can be contacted Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 h by telephoning 358 (0)3039-006.
The Helsinki Airport Congress Centre in terminal 2 has conference and meeting rooms with a complete range of audiovisual equipment.

The VIP centre is also in terminal 2 and has 3 VIP lounges for up to 10 persons and one VIP President lounge for 10 to 100 persons.

Bureaux de change can be found in terminal 2 both before and after passport control. These are open from 6:00-21:00 h. The airport also has several cash machines (ATMs).
There is a range of shops before and after passport control in both terminals. You will also find a large selection of restaurants, cafés and bars here.
There is also a pharmacy in terminal 2 (arrivals hall 3, Mon–Sun 8:00-18:00 h) and a hairdresser in terminal 1 (departures hall 1).
The airport has spacious lifts to all floors and wheelchair-accessible toilets. There are designated disabled parking bays in front of terminal 2 and on the various car parks. Please notify airberlin of any special assistance you might require when booking your flight.
