Please be aware that we have recently noticed an increase in scam emails that are attempting to gain access to personal topbonus data. Such emails (known as phishing emails) often create the impression of originating from topbonus. They urge the reader to click on a link contained in the email to verify their data.
Should you receive such a phishing email please delete it immediately. Under no circumstances should you click on the link. Please do not provide your personal username or password.
How can I protect myself from phishing emails?
- Install software updates for your operating system and browser and use automated updates
- Use a firewall and virus protection software and carry out regular updates
- Only open emails and attachments from trusted and verifiable sources
If you have already received a phishing email we recommend that you change your username and password or contact email@example.com.
