The welfare of our passengers is very important to us. As a passenger in Economy Class you will receive excellent service at all times. On our long-haul flights we pamper you with warm food, a cold meal, snacks and a wide choice of beverages.

Special meals and children's menu

 
On our long-haul flights we are happy to serve you the following special meals, which can be ordered free of charge in advance:
    

• vegetarian meals
• gluten-free meals
• lactose-free meals
• vegan meals
• meals for diabetics
• kosher meals
  (also available on flights to/from Tel Aviv)
• Halal meals
• children's menu (from 2 years of age)

If you wish to take advantage of our service of special meals or our children's menu, simply place your order 48 hours before departure by calling our Service Center ». For organisational reasons, it is not possible to order these meals at the airport.

Note: Our service on long-haul flights does not include Gourmet meals.

Choice of beverages on long-haul flights

  
On board you will have a choice of wines and various non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee, tea or fruit juice.

The selection of complimentary drinks has been extended to include a choice of aperitifs, wine, sparking wine, beer, liqueurs and spirits.
