Retroactive Mileage Credit

If the miles* for your stay at NH Hoteles have not been automatically credited within approximately one month, please contact our Loyalty Program Customer Care Department at 0034 910 398 44 37 (for calls within Spain 902.454.444) or sending an email to loyalty@nh-hotels.com

• _{In order to effectuate the complaint about your topbonus award miles you must be in possession of the invoice of your stay at the hotel, or provide all the data regarding this invoice.}
• _{Please note that miles are only awarded for Official and/or Corporate Rates. Reduced rates and/or promotions are excluded, such as negotiated rates, group rates, long-stay rates, bond rates, travel agent rates, employee rates, etc..}

• _{You will have 6 months to claim miles (if you are topbonus Program member; new members are allowed 3 months).}
