Retroactive Mileage Credit

If the miles* for your stay at NH Hoteles have not been automatically credited within approximately one month, please contact our Customer Care Service at 0034 91 787 66 06 or sending an email to fidelizacion@nh-hotels.com  

In order to effectuate the complaint about your topbonus award miles you must be in possession of the invoice of your stay at the hotel, or provide all the data regarding this invoice.
