To be eligible, you just have to be a member of Starwood Preferred Guest – the free customer loyalty program operated by our partner – and select topbonus as your earning preference. Should you already be a SPG member, you can have all your starpoints retroactively converted into topbonus award miles.

You are not a member of Starwood Preferred Guest:

Simply apply now for your free SPG membership! You can enrol online » or by calling the free Starwood service hotline ». Just make sure you select airberlin topbonus as your earning preference ».

You are a member of Starwood Preferred Guest already:

Just enrol in the Airline Direct Deposit Program »  and choose airberlin topbonus as your preference. After switching from points to miles, you will in the future automatically earn miles during your stay at the same rate you would have earned starpoints.

Points to Miles Conversion:

Joint members can of cause also have their SPG starpoints retroactively converted 1:1 into topbonus award miles. You just have to go on transfer starpoints to miles » and ensure afterwards that you change your personal profile to airberlin and topbonus as your earning preference » for the future.

Minimum transfer amount:

Starwood Preferred Guests can transfer up to 79,999 of their Starpoints® per transaction per program within a 24-hour period, plus, for every 20,000 Starpoints transferred, Starwood will automatically add another 5,000 Starpoints within the same transaction for a maximum of up to 94,999 Starpoints.
