With effect from 1^_st February 2013 Malaysia Airlines becomes a full member of oneworld®, adding one of commercial aviation's most frequent award winners to the world's leading quality airline alliance.

In celebration of Malaysia Airlines joining the oneworld® alliance, topbonus members can earn double award miles each time by flying on an eligible fare on Malaysia Airlines between 15^_th February 2013 and 15^_th April 2013.

Earning miles with Malaysia Airlines

topbonus members are able to earn topbonus status and award miles on the entire route network of Malaysia Airlines. Just enter your topbonus number when booking a flight or present your topbonus Card at the airport check-in desk. The number of miles accrued will depend on the booking class and the flight segment as shown below:

Please note: Charter flights, award flights and flights with Malaysia Airlines (MH) flight number that are not operated by Malaysia Airlines or an oneworld® airline partner, are not eligible for mileage accrual.

Priority Check-in

Holders of a topbonus Silver, Gold or Platinum Card can use the Business Class Check-in counter. Platinum Card holders can additionally check-in at the First Class counters. Just present your topbonus Card at the respective Priority Check-in counters.  

Priority Seating

topbonus status members can access preferred seating on selected flights. This benefit is available in accordance with the individual policy of the oneworld member airline operating the flight.

Priority on Standby & Waitlists at the airport

topbonus status members enjoy priority on waitlists and when travelling on standby on all oneworld flights. This benefit is available in accordance with the individual policy of the oneworld member airline operating the flight.

Priority Boarding

topbonus Gold and Platinum Card holders can enjoy the benefit of Priority Boarding on all flights operated by oneworld airlines, where this benefit is offered.

Lounge access

Just present your valid oneworld boarding pass and your topbonus Gold or Platinum Card and enjoy the benefits of the oneworld Business Class Lounges! Holders of a Platinum Card holders can additionally enter the oneworld First Class Lounges with a valid oneworld boarding pass.

Please note: Lounge access is only possible on the outbound flight segment with a valid boarding pass. Access upon arrival at the airport of final destination is not permitted. 

More luggage

Every topbonus Platinum Card now has an increased luggage allowance on every oneworld flight. For the maximum weight of your additional piece of luggage please refer to the luggage regulations of the oneworld airline you wish to fly with. 

Security Fast Lane
