Your personal Gold Service: topbonus Gold Card holders can reach a personal contact partner on the Gold hotline from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 19:00 at cheap regional landline rates when dialling from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Outside these times, it goes without saying that your enquiries will receive priority treatment from our team. Furthermore, you can reach Gold Service staff by fax or e-mail.
Conditions
- Gold status is required.
- If you book using our Gold Service you will benefit from a reduced Ticket Service Charge of € 10 per person (instead of € 20 per person for bookings made via the regular topbonus or airberlin Hotline).
