You can reach your personal topbonus agent on the exclusive Platinum Hotline between 8 am and 7 pm, Mondays to Fridays – all for the cost of a local call in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Of course, the Platinum Service can also be reached by fax or email. At times when the Hotline is not available, our topbonus team staff will make it their priority to look after you.
