JustFly fare / FlyDeal fare/ FlyClassic fare: If a passenger cancels or fails to travel on a booked flight, the airline is still entitled to payment, less any expenses saved; this does not apply if the circumstances leading to the cancellation or failure to travel are the airline’s responsibility or are due to extraordinary circumstances.
FlyFlex / FlyFlex fare: In the case of cancellation your tickets are refunded in full, i.e. the full fare plus taxes and charges. If a flight previously booked as a FlyClassic fare is cancelled, the price element of the of the original FlyClassic fare is deducted when the cost of the flight is refunded. Please note that the service charge is not refundable.
If a booked flight or other confirmed service (e.g. seat reservation, carriage of pets, special reservations) is cancelled, the passenger must inform the airline of this by telephone or in writing, quoting the booking reference number, before embarking on the journey:

If different fares are combined during a booking, the regulations and prices for the most restrictive fare class at the time of booking always apply to a cancellation or no-show. For partial refunds of a booking, the one-way fare available for the flight taken at the time of booking is to be used as the basis for calculating the amount to be refunded.
